I think we can all say that 2020 is a year we wish not to repeat, ironically, I met so many couples in 2018/19 who were set on marrying in 2020 because they thought it was a cool date and only one of them actually had their wedding.  But as we said “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger” we have made it through.  The pause to normal work activity actually allowed me time to think about all the projects I wanted to achieve for my business.  As a pastry chef, I have so many more talents to add to making beautiful wedding cakes and having hit the “pause” button I was able to make these a reality.

“LP Patisserie” is a new branch to my business, offering a whole range of delicious treats that you can buy for yourself or gift to loved ones.  My macarons have always been a best seller to add to wedding dessert tables, but now you can order boxes of 6 and boxes of 12 straight from the website.  Throughout the year I will also be offering limited editions boxes of 15 macarons for special holidays.  Mother’s Day was a roaring success with delicious Afternoon Tea Hampers flying out the door, I had so many orders I was up at 3am on Mother’s Day to bake everything to deliver later that day.  Afternoon Teas will be another item available through LP Patisserie, they will have a range of different menus to suit all tastes.

On my new website refresh, which will be going live at the beginning of April, you will be able to see some of the new collections.  LP Patisserie will be opening soon and once it is up and running, I will be adding incredible gift boxes for every occasion.  They will be the perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, a thank you, new baby, new home, in fact any occasion where you want to let someone special know you are thinking of them.  I really am so very excited to share all these new collections with you.
